Thank you for considering me! However, I do not photograph weddings. My specialties include family portraits, black and white photography, landscapes, and street photography.

I provide photography services for individuals, couples, engagements, families, fresh 48-hour newborns, maternity, and more. All sessions take place on location, which can be your choice or mine, and I create my work using natural light instead of an indoor studio. Believe me, even I feel awkward in front of a camera sometimes! My guess is that you do not have professional modeling experience on your resume, and you certainly don’t need to in order to have great photos taken. I don’t like to use the word “posing” because often what comes to mind is those third-grade photos with your palms framing your face as you grin up at the camera (you may or may not be wearing a pink scrunchie in these photos).

However, I will help guide you to some natural positions that will look great in your photos. I encourage you to interact with your partner or family members as much as possible. I encourage movement, dancing, hugs, and twirling. I’ll even bring some beer or wine upon your request if it helps loosen you up a bit! My goal is for you to have fun, be interactive with your loved ones, and capture awesome photo.

The images in your gallery will be edited to enhance lighting, contrast, sharpness, and color, which are standard processes for digital photographers. As such, I do not provide the unedited raw images.

How do I book a session?
It’s simple! I generally check my Facebook Page more often than my email… send me a message on my Facebook page. If you don’t have Facebook that’s okay! Just head to my 'Contact Me!' tab and select your preferred session type and date. We can connect through email or over the phone to discuss available dates and details of your session, including location options. A retainer will secure your spot.

No worries at all! I embrace movement, play, and real moments. I have years of experience working with little ones, and I make sessions fun so they stay engaged. We will play games, tickle, and make the session all about them. I love running around with the kids and capturing their curiosity and true personalities and smiles. Even the ones with pouty faces!
